Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to send us — usually your name, business, email and the details of your enquiry.
  • We use it to reply to you and to plan and run any collaboration. We don't sell it, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
  • The enquiry form is delivered by a service called Web3Forms to our email inbox. These services, and our website host, may store data outside Australia.
  • This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or make a complaint, by emailing mooieandfriends@gmail.com.

The full details are below.

Who we are

This website is run by Mooie & Grace (ABN 86 250 637 712), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Mooie & Grace. We take the privacy of everyone who contacts us seriously and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What personal information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • your first and last name;
  • your business or brand name;
  • your email address;
  • anything else you choose to tell us — the service you're interested in, your budget, how you heard about us, whether you'd like our media kit, and the details of your brief.

If you email us or message us on Instagram, we'll have whatever you include in that message, along with your email address or account name.

We don't ask for sensitive information (such as health information), and we'd ask you not to include it in your enquiry.

Like all websites, our hosting providers automatically process basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address and browser type — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this to identify you.

How we collect and store it

We collect personal information directly from you — when you fill in the contact form, email us, or message us. We don't buy personal information or collect it from other sources.

Contact form submissions are passed through the form service Web3Forms and delivered to our business email inbox (Google Gmail). Emails are kept in that password-protected account. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond, to deliver any collaboration that follows, and to meet our record-keeping obligations (for example, tax records).

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your personal information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
  • send you our media kit, if you ask for it;
  • prepare a quote, and plan and deliver a collaboration with you; and
  • keep normal business records.

We only share your information with the service providers that help us run this website and our inbox (described below), or where the law requires us to. We never sell or rent personal information, and we won't send you marketing unless you've separately asked us to.

Will my information be sent overseas?

Probably, yes. The services we use to receive and store enquiries are run by companies that may store or process data outside Australia:

  • Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox;
  • Google (Gmail) — our business email account;
  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and protects it from attacks;
  • Sanity — stores and serves the photos in our portfolio (like any website host, it sees your IP address when your browser loads them).

These providers are likely to process information in the United States, and in other countries where they operate data centres. We choose established providers and only give them what's needed to deliver your message to us.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to help tell genuine visitors apart from bots.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing mooieandfriends@gmail.com. There's no charge. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll respond within 30 days. If we can't do what you've asked (for example, because we need to keep a record for tax purposes), we'll explain why.

Making a complaint

If you think we've mishandled your personal information, please email mooieandfriends@gmail.com with the details. We'll look into it and respond in writing within 30 days, explaining what we found and what we'll do about it.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab) or on 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using a new service. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
